Hesekiel 34:23-31
»Ich will meiner Herde einen einzigen Hirten geben: einen Nachkommen von König David, der mir einst gedient hat. Er wird sie auf die Weide führen und für sie sorgen. Ich, der Herr , werde ihr Gott sein, und dieser neue David wird mitten unter ihnen leben und ihr König sein. Darauf gebe ich, der Herr , mein Wort. Ja, ich verspreche: Ich schließe einen Bund mit den Israeliten und gewähre ihnen meinen Frieden. Die Raubtiere verjage ich aus dem Land; da köen die Menschen sogar ohne Angst in der Wüste leben und in den Wäldern schlafen. Ich segne sie und das ganze Land rund um meinen heiligen Berg. Zur rechten Zeit lasse ich heilsamen Regen fallen, damit die Bäume viele Früchte tragen und die Felder reichen Ertrag bringen. Ja, mein Volk wird vollkommen sicher in seinem Land wohnen. Ich zerbreche das harte Joch, das auf ihnen lastet, und rette sie aus der Gewalt ihrer Feinde, die sie jetzt noch versklaven. Da werden sie erkeen, dass ich der Herr bin. Für andere Völker sollen sie keine Beute mehr sein, und die wilden Tiere werden sie nicht mehr zerreißen. Sie wohnen in Ruhe und Sicherheit und brauchen nicht zu befürchten, dass sie jemand aufschreckt. Ihr Land mache ich zu einem fruchtbaren Garten, der weithin berühmt ist. Sie müssen nicht länger hungern, und kein feindliches Volk wird sie verspotten. Da werden sie erkeen, dass ich, der Herr , ihr Gott, ihnen beistehe und dass sie, die Israeliten, mein Volk sind. Mein Wort gilt! Ja, ihr seid meine Herde, und ich bin der Herr , euer Gott; ich führe euch auf gute Weide. Darauf köt ihr euch verlassen!«

حزقیال ۳۴ :۲۳- ۳۱
شبانی بر ايشان خواهم گماشت كه ايشان را بچراند، يعنی خدمتگزار خود داود را. او از ايشان مواظبت خواهد كرد و شبان ايشان خواهد بود. من كه خداوند هستم، خدای ايشان خواهم بود و خدمتگزارم داود، بر ايشان سلطنت خواهد كرد. من كه خداوند هستم، اين را گفتهام. با ايشان عهد میبندم كه ايشان را در امنيت نگاه دارم. حيوانات خطرناک را از مملكت آنها بيرون میرانم تا قوم من بتوانند حتی در بيابان و جنگل هم بدون خطر بخوابند. قوم خود و خانههايشان را كه در اطراف كوه من است بركت خواهم داد. بارشهای بركت را بر آنها خواهم بارانيد و باران را بموقع برای آنها خواهم فرستاد. درختان ميوه و مزرعهها پربار خواهند بود و همه در امنيت زندگی خواهند كرد. وقتی زنجير اسارت را از دست و پای ايشان باز كنم و آنان را از چنگ كسانی كه ايشان را به بند كشيده بودند برهانم، آنگاه خواهند دانست كه من خداوند هستم. ديگر هيچ قومی آنها را غارت نخواهد كرد و حيوانات وحشی به آنان حملهور نخواهند شد. در امنيت بسر خواهند برد وهيچكس ايشان را نخواهد ترسانيد. به قومم زمينی حاصلخيز خواهم داد تا ديگر از گرسنگی تلف نشوند و ديگر در بين قومهای بيگانه سرافكنده نگردند.» خداوند میفرمايد: «به اين طريق همه خواهند دانست كه من، خداوند بنیاسرائيل، پشتيبان ايشان میباشم و آنان قوم من هستند. ای گلۀ من و ای گوسفندان چراگاه من، شما قوم من هستيد و من خدای شما.»

Ezekiel 34:23-31
And I will set up over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd. And I, the Lord , will be their God, and my servant David shall be prince among them. I am the Lord ; I have spoken. "I will make with them a covenant of peace and banish wild beasts from the land, so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. And I will make them and the places all around my hill a blessing, and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing. And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land. And they shall know that I am the Lord , when I break the bars of their yoke, and deliver them from the hand of those who enslaved them. They shall no more be a prey to the nations, nor shall the beasts of the land devour them. They shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid. And I will provide for them renowned plantations so that they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer suffer the reproach of the nations. And they shall know that I am the Lord their God with them, and that

hey, the house of Israel, are my people, declares the Lord God . And you are my sheep, human sheep of my pasture, and I am your God, declares the Lord God ."
